Thai Foot Reflexology- Level 1
Discover the art of traditional Thai foot massage through the lens of one of Thailand's most respected lineages. This course teaches the complete "sabai" (relaxing and soothing) foot and leg massage sequence developed at Old Medicine Thai Massage School in Chiang Mai — one of the oldest documented Thai-style foot massage sequences in Northern Thailand. Using a combination of hands and traditional wooden stick, students will learn to work the foot and leg with fluid, intentional technique while pressing key Chinese reflexology acupressure points on the sole of the foot.
Course material is delivered through a combination of written text and instructional videos. Whether you're new to Thai modalities or deepening an existing practice, this course offers a grounded, authentic foundation in Thai-style foot work.
This course offers 3.5 NCBMTB CEUs upon completion.
